With all your responses it seems next Wednesday works for most of us.

I have reserved the Ante Room (2nd floor, west side) in Victoria Hall,
which is just west of the library.
We can start our meeting at 5:30 and have the room until 7pm.

If we need it. Please let me know topics you want on the agenda.
